One list. Not five dashboards.
Every recommendation the platform produces lands in one ranked queue, ordered by a weighting you can actually read, with a route into the tracker your team already stands up in.
The problem
A tool that finds a hundred problems and ranks none of them has moved the work, not done it. Most audits end as a spreadsheet nobody opens twice.
One ranked queue, explained in about a minute
How it works
What it measures, what comes out, and why the number can be trusted.
- 01
Three systems, one list
Playbook steps, content recommendations and tasks are different shapes of the same question. They are merged into one queue so there is a single answer to what to do next.
- 02
Ordering you can interrogate
Priority comes from a documented weighting, not a model's opinion. If you disagree with the order, you can see exactly why an item sits where it does.
- 03
It leaves the tool
Push any item into Jira, Linear or Azure DevOps with its context attached, so the work happens where your team already works instead of in a tab they forget.
- 04
Then it checks itself
Completed items are looked at again afterwards to see whether the thing they were supposed to move actually moved. Most tools stop at the recommendation.
What it does not do
- It ranks what RankSage can measure. Your commercial priorities are yours, and the order is a starting point.
- Outcome checks need enough time and traffic to be meaningful — a low-traffic page will not produce a clean verdict.
- Export is one-way today: items go out to your tracker, status does not come back.

Frustration Report
Find the pages where visitors visibly struggle and the content is thin — the only place both signals point at the same URL.
Answer Blocks
For the questions you already get impressions on, check whether the ranking page actually answers them. The cheapest AEO fix there is.
Content Gaps
See the topics competitors cover and you don't — scored by real search demand rather than by how many rival pages exist.
Questions
How do I prioritise SEO tasks?
RankSage merges playbooks, content recommendations and tasks into one ranked queue with an explainable score, so there is a single what-do-I-fix-next list rather than three competing ones.
Can I push tasks into Jira or Linear?
Yes — Jira, Linear and Azure DevOps today, with ClickUp, Asana, monday.com and GitHub in progress. Items carry their context across.
Does it tell me whether a fix worked?
Completed items are re-checked afterwards against the metric they were meant to move. It is the loop most tools leave open.
