14-day money-back guarantee. If RankSage isn’t right for you, email billing@ranksage.com within 14 days of your first paid subscription for a full refund.

After that, subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period; we don’t pro-rate partial periods.

Metered add-ons are non-refundable once used, since they incur real third-party costs.

If we cause the problem (such as a billing error on our side), we’ll make it right, including a full refund where appropriate.
