Demand you can already prove
It starts from the questions your site earns impressions for, so every row is real demand rather than a keyword someone guessed at.

The ranking page is the one checked
Not your best page on the topic — the page actually ranking for that query. That is the one an engine will look at.

Two things must be true
A heading that addresses the question, and a concise direct answer near it. Each row tells you which of the two is missing, because the fix is different.

Sorted by what it is worth
Rows carry their impressions, so you can start with the question worth thousands a month rather than the one worth forty.
What it does not do
- It needs Search Console connected — the whole report is built from questions you already rank for.
- It checks structure, not correctness. A well-formed answer that is wrong will pass.
- Pages that have not been crawled yet are reported as not analysed rather than as passing.
