Amplitude rollups, on the page row.
RankSage reads daily rollups from Amplitude with an API key and joins them to the same page rows as GA4, Search Console, first-party behaviour and AI citations. US and EU data residency are both supported.
What Amplitude gives RankSage
- Daily rollups from the connected Amplitude project, joined per page.
- US and EU data residency — you choose the region the key belongs to.
- A second engagement source the assistant consults alongside GA4.
How to connect
- 1
Create a read key in Amplitude
A project API key with read access is all RankSage needs.
- 2
Paste it and pick the region
US or EU. The key is encrypted at rest; RankSage never displays it again.
- 3
Rollups begin
The first daily run joins Amplitude to every crawled page.
What it unlocks
Frustration Report
Find the pages where visitors visibly struggle and the content is thin — the only place both signals point at the same URL.
AI Traffic & ROI
Count the visits AI actually sends you, including the ones your analytics files as direct because the referrer was stripped.
One ranked queue
Playbooks, recommendations and tasks merged into one what-do-I-fix-next list, ordered by a weighting you can read.
What it does not do
- Daily rollups, not raw events.
- Read-only; nothing is written back to Amplitude.
- Disconnecting removes the cached copy of that source's data from RankSage.
Questions
Where is the key stored?
Encrypted at rest on RankSage's servers, never shown again after entry, and removed when you disconnect.
Can I connect an EU project?
Yes. Choose EU residency when you add the key and RankSage reads from Amplitude's EU endpoint.
Start with the two that matter.
Google Analytics and Search Console, read-only, about five minutes. Add Amplitude whenever it earns its place.
