Nothing is read from Notion beyond the pages you share, and every brief is a new dated page — existing content is never edited.

Connect
OAuth consent inside Notion. You choose the workspace; RankSage never sees one you did not grant.

Share a page with the integration
In Notion, open the page you want the briefs under and use ··· → Connections → RankSage. Notion only exposes pages you share this way.

Pick the page and cadence
Choose that page in RankSage and set daily, weekly or monthly. The first brief can be written immediately with “Write now”.

Write-only in one direction: RankSage creates a new dated child page each run and never edits, moves or deletes anything already in the workspace.
Nothing is read out of Notion except the list of pages you shared with the integration, so the picker can list them. Notion's model is share-first — an integration cannot reach a page you have not connected it to.
No databases, no templates, no two-way sync and no comments — a page of text under a page you chose is the whole surface.
Access tokens are encrypted at rest; disconnecting removes the token.
Disconnecting removes the cached copy of that source's data from RankSage.
